Rain Garden Clean Up on May 18

The Madison Lake Watershed and Lake Association maintains a rain garden on Lakeshore Dr. and 4th Street in Madison Lake, just below All Saints Catholic Church. The rain garden reduces the amount of sediment and nutrients entering Madison Lake. The garden is a very effective filter for the storm water runoff, but is does require some minimal annual maintenance.
The MLWLA is looking for volunteers to help pull weeds and pick up garbage on Saturday, May 18, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Please visit our Facebook Group Page to confirm so that we can provide the right amount of food and drink.
