Score Your Shore Restoration - City of Madison Lake Partnership
The board is proposing that a portion of the North Shore Park shoreline be converted to a model of native vegetation consistent with the DNR Score the Shore manual. Signage would be placed to describe the different zones and plant species. Learn MORE.

Fishing Pier - City of Madison Lake /Blue Earth County
The board is exploring the idea of partnering with the City of Madison Lake to upgrade the existing fishing pier or work with Blue Earth County on the purchase of a fishing pier for Bray Park.

How to Enter:

1)  Join the Facebook group Madison Lake Watershed and Lake Association

2)  Post a photo which features something to do with Madison Lake (fishing, swimming, skiing, sunset, or whatever).


3)  The photo with the most likes by August 18, 2022 will be the winner and they will be presented with a $50 gift certificate at the Annual Meeting.


4)  Must be a MLWLA member to win.

Bray Park Clean-up on April 23

Looking for a way to make a difference for Earth Day? Meet at the Bray Park cabin at 9:00 am, Saturday, April 23, and help with clean up. Dress for walking in the woods and along the lakeshore and bring work gloves. Trash bags will be provided. We will work until around noon and then gather back at the cabin for lunch (pizza, sandwiches, and water provided.) Thank you for your support.
