The Madison Lake Watershed & Lake Association partnered with Mad Lake Rakers in 2025 to help manage the spread of Curly Leaf Pondweed in Madison Lake.
Through this partnership, an impressive 280,000 pounds of invasive aquatic vegetation was removed from the lake, helping improve water quality, lake access, and overall lake health for residents and visitors. This effort reflects the Association’s continued commitment to protecting and preserving Madison Lake for the community.
